Draft manager Live is a unique system that tracks the draft beer served

each time you pull a beer tap, recording the time, the dispensing station, the

brand and the quantity served. Each glass size dispensed is clearly displayed on

screen and the amount needed to fill each glass size is rapidly identified by

watching the Draft Manager Live “SERVED” screen

It can be done by hand or using the “POS Reconciliation utility. Simply compare the draft beer sold from your

POS system report with the Draft Manager Live totals per brand. Multiply the number of each pour size

sold by the ounces you expect bartenders to serve for each as seen on the “Served screen”. If you see a

difference, open the draft beer “served log” , select the brand and station and look at the pour sizes served to see

what caused it. All the beer dispensed during this shift is listed, including unregistered pints if any.
